You’ve heard the names of the wizards behind the screens of Middlesex (Tara DeCristofaro), Norfolk (Patrick McDermott) and Essex (Pamela Casey O’Brien) Probate & Family Courts. This is your opportunity to meet each of them in a round table collaborative discussion where they will present the following information:
- Preparing your case for filing in each specific Court
- Process for scheduling and/or continuing motions
- Learn how you can best prepare for case filing in each specific Court
- Judicial calendars
- Key Personnel Contact Information
- Hand Filing vs. Filing by Mail
- Tips from the Registrars
There will be a question/answer session at the end. Please bring your questions in the areas of probate, guardianships, conservatorships, equity matters, adoptions, change of name, paternity, domestic relations, contempts and modifications with you as the registrars are eager to help us process our cases.
Please be aware that this is not an opportunity to air grievances, but instead a chance to hear from the Registrars themselves how to navigate your way through each Court system, saving you time, legal fees and aggravation!
