Please join REBA’s Paralegal and Estate Planning Sections for a webinar at 12 noon on Wednesday, June 16th. Jutta R. Deeney of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and David S. Raymon of Burns & Levinson LLP, will present.

This program is geared to anyone who wants to learn about the mechanics of nominee trusts, how they are different from other trusts and how they can be used effectively, as well as the impact of recent case law on nominee trusts, and what to consider when a nominee trust is in your chain of title.

This webcast program, open to all REBA members, is from 12 to 1 pm on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. There will be no in-person attendance.
