Drafting Traps: How to Avoid and Fix Common Document Errors

Please join REBA’s Paralegal Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Monday, December 18th. Lynne Murphy Breen, Vice President/Senior Underwriting and Agency Counsel at FNF Family of Companies, and Scott J. Clifford of Lipsey & Clifford, PC, will present.

Lynne and Scott will discuss some of the most common objections to title arising out of document drafting and how to avoid them. They will discuss how to fix drafting errors in the chain of title, helpful statutes, title standards, and deed indexing standards.
