Annual Meeting - Vendor Registration

FOR VENDORS ONLY: You must have the registration code to register.

Please use this registration form to pay for both your exhibit table and buffet dinner(s).  Dinner is $40 per person.  To register for each dinner, please click "Add guest" during the registration process.

5pm to 6pm - Exhibit table set up on the ship

6pm to 7pm - Membership boards the ship

7pm to 10pm - Cruise Boston Harbor

• Welcome addresss
• Dinner buffet
• DJ and dancing
• Raffle prizes
